Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of bartending experience, with a preference for those who have 1 to 2 years of experience in upscale or high-volume environments. The role requires strong cocktail knowledge and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Applicants should have excellent communication and guest-service skills, the ability to follow detailed procedures and safety requirements, and be comfortable working in tight spaces aboard vessels. They should also be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

The position requires availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed. The bartender will work onboard for cruises lasting 2 to 5 hours, with occasional shifts extending up to 12 hours.
