The CNA is responsible for repositioning residents every two hours or as needed to maintain circulation and prevent pressure ulcers. They also ensure all resident comfort measures, such as providing blankets, pillows, and call bells, are maintained.

The CNA provides 1:1 suicide or close observation and follows falls prevention precautions as assigned. These measures are critical for maintaining patient safety and preventing accidents.
