The primary role of the Med Tech / CNA / PCA at First Colonial Inn is to administer medication to residents or assist them with self-administration of medication and coordinate their treatments. Med Techs can work full-time or part-time shifts from 6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm, or 10 pm to 6 am, with a pay rate of $18.75 per hour. CNAs and PCAs also have the same shift options, with a pay rate of $17.45 per hour, plus a shift differential of $1.50 per hour for the second shift and $2.50 per hour for the third shift.
